What is THE iDOLM@STER?

THE iDOLM@STER is a Japanese multimedia series based around producing idols. It originally started as an arcade game in 2005 and has greatly expanded since. You can find out more about the rest of the series at Project iM@S.

Why is the site design so simple?

Partly for ease of use, partly inspired by anime website shrines of the 90s and early 00s.
